180 ha of organic farming, 6 hectares devoted to vegetables gardening! Organic gardening (the variety of vegetables is impressive) and production of cereals and oilseeds. In this magnificent farm, pasta is also made from the farm’s cereals. The flour is ground on demand, mixed with osmosis water and cold dried. The result: pasta with a delicious taste and preserved nutritional quality. The production of organic soft wheat ground with stone stone and flavoured with the juice of seasonal vegetables and herbs from our organic market garden (basil, carrot, fennel…).
