From seed to vegetable, to the rhythm of the seasons, in respect of the soil, plants and people, our production, in the open field or under glass, is subject to organic certification drip irrigation system.
Respect for soil agronomy through crop rotations and proximity, maintenance of slopes planted with local vegetation to protect crops and also encourage insect reproduction (ladybirds, butterflies, bumblebees…).
The vegetables are harvested just before they are put up for sale to preserve their freshness.
