The owner of the premises to transform her grandmother’s 5200 m2 fallow land, in Maison-Rouge (Paris Suburbs), into an organic vegetable garden with 500 m2 of greenhouses. She also created an organic orchard.
Everything is done on site, from the seed to the harvest. Its first crops have been growing since October 2011: spinach, chard, coriander, raspberries, blackcurrants, pears… It favours rare and old varieties. For example, it offers 17 varieties of tomatoes. This environmentally friendly market gardening has just enabled him to win the Creativity Prize in the eco-attitude category.
